Customer Portal – Manulife

We’ve created a single customer portal that is designed to be extendable for new products. Implemented unified user experience on different platforms with configurable flows for each individual product. That resulted in improved customer satisfaction rate, decreased number of customer complains and calls to call centre with issues regarding online access.
